Depending on the property, that can include internal surfaces, floors, cabinetry, architectural glass, sanitary fittings, paving, drainage, construction debris, landscaping, pools, exterior surfaces and access.
Remaining construction work and limits on access should be noted, so preparation can be coordinated with other contractors.
The expected presentation standard, timing and scope should be agreed before mobilisation.
